Service Rates
The typical rates are as follows:
General computer repair and services are billed at $50 for the first hour and $30 per additional hour. These rates are the same regardless if the work is done on-site or if I pickup your computer. I do not charge for travel and I offer free pick up and delivery in the Central Missouri area. Parts are billed at actual cost.
Some services that generally take over an hour can be billed as fixed rate to save you money. These services are listed below.
- PC Tune Up (flat fee) $75
- Data Recovery if possible (up to 4 gigabytes) $135
- Reformat , Reinstall (all drivers/updates) $100
- Backup, Reinstall, Restore $135
- Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal $125
- Wireless network setup-cost of parts plus a flat $100 fee for 2 computers
- Preventive maintenance packages starting at $50 per month
I offer 1 hour Emergency Response Service for $125 for the first hour and $75 per additional hour.
